Learn about the various features and functions of your provider portal.

The provider portal allows you to manage all aspects of your practice with Meto, including patient information, appointments, medications, billing, and more. The sections below introduce the main areas of your portal.

Home

The Home section is your dashboard, providing a snapshot of your practice. Key details include:

  1. Your Earnings
    View your total billed and paid amounts.

  2. Your Schedule Today
    Check your upcoming appointments, including the time and patient details. You can start the session directly from this section.

  3. Your Tasks
    Track pending tasks such as completing session notes, managing patient files, or administrative tasks.

  4. Appointment Requests
    See and manage requests from patients who want to book an appointment.

  5. Your Practice
    Manage practice settings, such as enabling patient referrals and sharing your booking link with patients.

Appointments

The Appointments dashboard provides comprehensive management options for your scheduling:

  1. +Add Button
    Add new appointments or manually create invoices for off-platform sessions. Invoices for Meto-scheduled appointments are automatically generated.

  2. View Toggle
    Switch between list view and calendar view to see your appointments:

    • Red: Initial (first) appointments.

    • Blue: Follow-up appointments.

  3. Appointment Status
    Filter appointments by status:

    • Upcoming: Scheduled but not yet occurred.

    • Request: Pending appointment requests.

    • Incomplete: Sessions that need additional documentation.

    • Completed: Fully processed sessions.

    • Canceled: Appointments canceled by either party.

  4. Appointment Information
    Access detailed information about individual appointments, including patient profiles and session notes.

Patients

The Patient dashboard is your central hub for managing patient information:

  1. Client Status
    Filter patients by their status:

    • Active: Currently receiving treatment and able to book appointments.

    • Pending: Submitted intake forms but awaiting their first appointment.

    • Needs Follow-Up: Requires another session but hasn't scheduled it.

    • Scheduled: Has a future appointment booked.

    • Archived: No longer actively receiving treatment.

    • Inactive: Temporarily inactive but may return for future care.

  2. Client Information
    View detailed profiles, including contact information, intake forms, and session notes.

  3. Schedule a Follow-Up
    Quickly create follow-up appointments, with confirmation emails sent to both you and the patient.

Medication

Manage patient prescriptions, including:

  • Adding new prescriptions.

  • Managing refill requests.

  • Reviewing prescription history.

My Profile

Update your personal and professional details visible in the Meto directory:

  • View Profile: See how your profile appears to patients.

  • Edit Profile: Update your qualifications, experience, and specialties.

  • Services & Specialties: List services and specialties.

  • Education & Trainings: Add academic and professional training details.

  • Languages Spoken: Indicate languages you speak.

  • Patient Care Approach: Share your treatment philosophy and patient expectations.

  • Location: Update your practice's address and accessibility options.

Billing

Track and manage your financials:

  • View earnings and past invoices.

  • Manage your subscription.

  • Create and view new invoices.
