Logging Patient Data

Accurate and up-to-date patient data is essential for personalized care and monitoring. The system allows clinicians to log and track biometric data, vital signs, and sleep metrics in an organized manner. This feature ensures clinicians have a comprehensive view of the patient’s health for effective decision-making.

Adding Biometric Data

  1. Accessing the Biometric Section

    • Navigate to the Patients section.

    • Select the specific patient and click on the Data tab.

  2. Adding New Biometric Data

    • Click + Add Biometric Data to log new information.

    • Fill in the required fields:

      • Weight: Enter the patient’s weight (e.g., 75 kg).

      • Height: Enter the patient’s height (e.g., 180 cm).

      • BMI (Optional): The system can auto-calculate BMI based on weight and height or allow manual entry.

      • Date of Entry: Specify the date when the biometric data was collected.

    • Click Save to store the data.

  3. Updating Biometric Data

    • Click on an existing biometric entry to modify the details.

    • Make changes and click Save to update the record.

  4. Deleting Biometric Data

    • Select an entry and use the delete icon to remove it from the patient’s record.

Managing Vital Signs

  1. Accessing the Vital Signs Section

    • Navigate to the Patients section.

    • Select the patient and click on the Data tab.

  2. Adding New Vital Signs

    • Click + Add Vital Signs to log new measurements.

    • Provide the following details:

      • Blood Pressure: Enter systolic and diastolic values (e.g., 120/80 mmHg).

      • Heart Rate: Enter the patient’s pulse rate (e.g., 75 bpm).

      • Blood Glucose Levels: Specify glucose levels (e.g., 90 mg/dL).

      • Temperature: Enter body temperature (e.g., 98.6°F or 37°C).

      • Date and Time: Record when the measurement was taken.

    • Click Save to confirm.

  3. Editing or Deleting Vital Signs

    • Select an entry to edit or delete the record as needed.

Tracking Sleep Metrics

  1. Accessing Sleep Metrics

    • Navigate to the Patients section.

    • Select the patient and click on the Data tab.

  2. Adding Sleep Metrics

    • Click + Add Sleep Data to log new information.

    • Fill in the details:

      • Sleep Duration: Record the total hours of sleep (e.g., 7 hours).

      • Sleep Quality: Rate the quality of sleep (e.g., Poor, Fair, Good, Excellent).

      • Date of Entry: Specify when the sleep data was recorded.

    • Click Save to add the data.

  3. Editing or Deleting Sleep Metrics

    • Select an existing sleep data entry to update or remove it.
