Efficient file management is a vital part of patient care. This feature allows clinicians to upload, organize, and manage external files like test results, images, or other documentation in one place, ensuring quick and secure access.

Adding External Files

  1. Accessing the Files Tab

    • Navigate to the Patients section.

    • Select a specific patient profile and open the Files tab.

  2. Uploading a File

    • Click the + Upload File button.

    • Choose a file from your device (supported formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc.).

    • Confirm the upload to save the file under the patient’s records.

Managing Uploaded Files

  1. Viewing a File

    • Click the Actions Menu (three dots) next to the file you want to view.

    • Select View File to preview it directly in the system.

  2. Downloading a File

    • Open the Actions Menu for the desired file.

    • Select Download to save the file to your device.

  3. Removing a File

    • From the Actions Menu, select Remove File to delete a file.

    • Confirm the action to ensure it is permanently removed from the system.
