The Appointments module is designed to help providers manage their schedules efficiently while ensuring they have a clear understanding of the status and next steps for every appointment. It includes flexible views and actionable features tailored for providers to stay organized and deliver seamless patient care.

Views:

  1. Calendar View:

    • A visual overview of your schedule with color-coded appointments:

      • Red: Initial appointments.

      • Blue: Follow-up appointments.

    • Toggle between Day, Week, and Month views for quick access to your daily or long-term schedule.

  2. List View:

    • A detailed table for managing all your appointments with tabs for statuses.

    • Quickly search, filter, and take actions on individual appointments.

Appointment Statuses:

  1. Upcoming:

    • Appointments that are scheduled for future dates and times.

    • Easily prepare by reviewing patient details and notes in advance.

  2. Requests:

    • Appointment requests submitted by patients that require your approval, rescheduling, or rejection.

  3. Incomplete:

    • Appointments that have already occurred but require further action from you.

    • These include:

      • Signing off on the appointment notes.

      • Generating an invoice for billing.

      • Marking the appointment as a No-Show, if applicable.

    • Once these actions are completed, the appointment automatically moves to Completed status.

  4. Completed:

    • Appointments where all required actions, such as signing notes and billing, have been completed.

  5. Canceled:

    • Appointments canceled by you or the patient before the scheduled time.
