Setting Your Availability

Providers can configure their availability to manage when patients can book appointments. Availability can be set in two modes: Basic and Custom.


Steps to Set Your Availability

  1. Accessing the Availability Settings

    • Navigate to the Appointments section.

    • Click on the Settings icon in the top-right corner.

  2. Using Basic Availability

    • Select the Basic tab.

    • Enter the Start Time and End Time for your availability.

    • Check the days you’re available.

  3. Using Custom Availability

    • Select the Custom tab.

    • For each day, click the + icon to add a time range.

    • Use the X icon to remove a time range.

    • Uncheck days when you don’t want to accept bookings.

  4. Saving Changes

    • After adjusting the settings, click Save Changes to confirm.
