Accessing Invoice History

  1. Navigate to the Billing section from the main menu.

  2. The Invoice History table provides a detailed list of all invoices.

Understanding Invoice Details

  1. Invoice Number: Unique identifier for each invoice.

  2. Patient: The patient associated with the invoice.

  3. Type: Indicates whether the invoice is for a session, cancellation, or other charges.

  4. Payment Status:

    • Pending: Awaiting payment.

    • Paid: Successfully processed.

    • Failed: Payment was unsuccessful.

  5. Date Issued: When the invoice was created.

  6. Total: The amount billed.

Actions for Invoices

  1. Locate the desired invoice in the Invoice History table.

  2. Click the More Actions icon (three dots) next to the invoice.

    • Available options:

      • View Invoice: Open the invoice to review details.

      • Share Invoice: Generate and send a sharable link to the patient.
